As a member of the Central Illinois
Apartment Association you will receive a copy of the most current CIAA directory
and monthly newsletter. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our
monthly meetings and special events.
Finally, you will have the opportunity to expand your business through the CIAA
Web site. This site extends your reach to prospective residents from all over
the world.
Our
Regular- (Property Owners/Managers) membership fees are as follows:
1-12 units 60.00
13-50 Units 100.00
51-125 Units 175.00
126-200 Units 225.00
201 Plus Units 225.00 Plus .40 a unit
Regular membership also includes 1-13 addresses listed on our web site. Membership applications are on their web site www.ciapartments.com
Noon Luncheon 3rd Thursday of the month (except August). Meetings are held at the Kennedy´s at Stone Creek Urbana at 11:45 am.
