Membership

Membership dues are $50.00 per year for one person or $65.00 for two people from the same address. To become a member, mail your name, address, phone number, and check to MELA C/O Wes Talcott 3225 Colgate Place, Granite City, IL 62040.  Make check payable to Metro East Landlords Association.

Meetings

MELA meets on the first Monday of each month at the American Legion Hall in Collinsville IL (1022 Vandalia Street Rt. 159).  The September meeting is held on the Tuesday after the first Monday due to Labor Day.  Registration begins at 6:30 pm and the program begins at 7:00 pm.  Guest fee is $10.00, members are free.
