What is the RRA? The Rockford Apartment Association is a nonprofit, educational organization representing nearly 9,000 units in northern Illinois. It provides services to it members.
Who belongs? People who own and/or manage single or multi-housing properties in northern Illinois. This includes small scale owners (1-4 units), large scale owners, Realtors, property management firms, owners/managers of complexes and suppliers of related products and services to our organization.
What about suppliers? Our affiliate membership list includes companies offering industry related goods and services: appliances, appraisals, carpet, cleaning, electric, heating & air conditioning, insurance, locksmith, pest control, plumbing, and others. Many offer discounts to RRA members.
Why should you join? Learn to improve your "bottom line." Handle your property more efficiently and economically, handle tenant problems (sometimes before they start). Save money when purchasing through our affiliates and advertisers, and how to make your good investment a better investment.
A yearly membership doesn't cost - it pays!!!
$49 up to 4 units/ $99 - 5 or more units
Meetings are the 3rd Monday of the month.
